Thank you, Korea – Seoul Food & Hotel 2024

At Amazon Andes, we are excited to share our successful participation in the most important food event in South Korea, the Seoul Food & Hotel 2024 fair. This marks another year of continuous participation, hard work, and dedication in bringing our proposal of superfoods from the Peruvian Amazon and Andes to the world.

This year, the fair in Korea took place from June 11th to 14th, where we were part of the Peruvian pavilion in coordination with PromPerú in Seoul and the Association of Exporters (ADEX). We were honored to receive visits from Peru’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Javier Gonzáles-Olaechea Franco, the Peruvian Ambassador to Korea, Paul Duclós, and officials from PromPerú and ADEX.

Amazon Andes is the leader in exports to the Asian continent with our black maca and yellow maca. Being in Korea allowed us to connect with entrepreneurs and distributors in the food sector. It was also the perfect opportunity to share moments with our long-time Korean friends who have been working with us for several years.

A Luxury Portfolio:

Part of our presentation was showcasing the richness of our Amazon and Andean regions. We offer natural products based on superfoods under our own brand (Amazon Andes) and in bulk. However, what captivated the attendees were our new frozen pulps of camu camu, aguaje, cocona, and acai.

The entry into this new market of frozen pulps is part of our growth project on this continent. The value that Amazon Andes always highlights is the purity, quality, and sustainability of our superfoods. We are excited to ship soon the first orders with the new business relationships we have established.

If you were at the fair with us in Seoul, or if you want to learn more about our products, contact us here. The commitment of Amazon Andes Export will always be to provide you with a quality product with an ethic of preserving our environment. Our role is important: to conserve and care for our Amazon by promoting responsible harvesting and supporting local communities.
