At AMAZON ANDES we are producers. We are present in more than 40 countries. We supply the finest raw materials from the Andean-Amazonian region of Peru. We hold an active certificate issued by Control Union Peru for USDA-NOP, COR and EU Organic. Our facilities are FDA registered and hold HACCP and GMP quality certifications by NSF. Batch certificates of analysis and samples are available. We are HALAL certified, non-GMO and gluten free.
Green coffee is the unroasted coffee bean; because it is not roasted it retains chlorogenic acids that are largely degraded by roasting, which is the basis of its use in supplements. Amazon Andes exports Peruvian green coffee beans and extract in bulk, with chlorogenic acid assay on request and a certificate of analysis per lot.
Looking for traceable Peruvian green coffee with consistent physical specs and repeatable cup profiles? We supply washed Arabica from Peru’s Andean–Amazon corridors (Cajamarca, Amazonas, Junín, San Martín, Cusco), supporting importers, roasters, and brands with export-ready lots and documentation.

We work with organized farmer groups and community wet mills to supply lots ranging from commercial SHB/EP to specialty microlots. Export prep can include screen 15/16/17+, density & color sorting, and GrainPro-lined bags to help protect quality during transit.
Each lot can be supported with CoA, moisture/aw controls, defect data, and cupping results aligned to buyer specifications and destination requirements.
